Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton says Biden has “handlers”:
“I don’t really think Biden’s thinking about this [the border] much. I think it’s his handlers — whoever’s behind the scenes making those decisions. If I knew who that was, I could probably better give you an answer. But I have no idea what he’ll do because I don’t think he knows what he’s going to do. And after he’s done, I’m not sure he even would recognize what he did.”
