The 5th column! Have we fallen to a 5th column in America?; was the mRNA technology based gene injection (Malone, Bancel, Weissman, Bancel et al.) a binary bioweapon, the stage 2 to come next?

‘Fifth column’ is a clandestine person, group or faction of subversive agent (s) who attempt to destroy from within, to undermine a nation’s solidarity by any means at their disposal; Cicero was SAGE?
Was stage one the acceptance by millions, billions of people, scared, confused, forced into lockdowns and mask mandates, lives shut down and freedoms taken, stage one of the mRNA technology bioweapon? Acceptance of a mRNA vaccine that was never ever needed, that was ineffective and deadly from day one? Was this to set the stage for stage two, a stage you would have no control over for you already have stage one? What is stage two? If indeed 1% of what I just wrote is true, what can be the implications of this if this was a nefarious act, when you have a platform in you now that can then be turned on by malevolent parties, via the release of some other vaccine, entity, whether you take it again, or is aerosolized, delivered via inhalation etc.?
Is there indeed an asymmetrical 5th column working against us? Waging unconventional warfare from within the walls? Was Cicero 100% correct?

According to Harris Mylonas and Scott Radnitz, “fifth columns” are “domestic actors who work to undermine the national interest, in cooperation with external rivals of the state”.[1] The activities of a fifth column can be overt or clandestine. Forces gathered in secret can mobilize openly to assist an external attack. This term is also extended to organized actions by military personnel. Clandestine fifth column activities can involve acts of sabotage, disinformation, espionage, and/or terrorism executed within defense lines by secret sympathizers with an external force.’
