Yes, we face more than a crisis and the issue is that the doctors, parents, school officials, government officials who advocate and do this are CRIMINALS IMO for often it is being targetted towards children and young people who are so very confused and do not know what they are doing or thinking yet being used as part of the social transgender socialist ‘woke’ experiement. Now many are suicidal. They want to transition ‘back’. But it is too late.
Look, let me be clear….I do not care if you, as an adult, wish to cut off your penis or fillet it into a vagina, I do not care if you want to blow up your penis and testicales, I do not care if you want to make some inverted proxy vagina etc. Not my business. If you are an adult, hell, implant 5 would be penises and put one on your forehead to show how really insane you are, knock yourself out! Just you will be a criminal if you push this madness on children and you are!

PD Hopkins in Encyclopedia of Applied Ethics (Second Edition), 2012 said:

Transhumanism is the position that human beings should be permitted to use technology to modify and enhance human cognition and bodily function, expanding abilities and capacities beyond current biological constraints.

We could consider dental fillings, joint replacements, pacemakers and a variety of devices in the context of transhumanism as medicine attempts to help patients improve how they feel, function, or survive. We may view them differently if they led to worsening symptoms, need for care, and raised the risk of death.’

A leading surgeon specializing in gender reassignment is preparing to undertake an unprecedented procedure which entails an operation that involves simultaneously exchanging the genitalia between a male and female patient.
Dr. Miroslav Djordjevic, associated with Mount Sinai hospital in New York City and also practicing in Serbia, has reportedly refined his surgical methods over the past 15 years, and is apparently approaching a breakthrough with his genital swapping technique, the Daily Mail reports.
However, the specifics regarding the patients selected for this surgery and the location of the operation are not yet confirmed. Medical professionals have raised concerns about the significant risks associated with such a complex procedure, which has the potential for severe complications.
Djordjevic, in a recent edition of Doctor Podcasts, stated, “Now we are in a final step,” indicating the near readiness for this type of surgery.
“The final approach will be to transplant the penis. This is my main goal, goal of my career. And I hope that this future started yesterday,” he stated.
Currently, surgeons perform genital transformation surgeries such as vaginoplasties and phalloplasties. These procedures involve constructing a neo-penis or neo-vagina using tissue from the patient’s arms, legs, or other body parts.
Djordjevic, however, views these practices as inefficient because the original sex organs are simply discarded, or as he puts it, “put in the garbage.” Djordjevic explained that he believes in a more resourceful approach. “I concluded that it may be useful to use these very healthy organs.”
This perspective has led Djordjevic to refine a technique where he swaps the genitalia between a biological male and a biological female in a single operation.’
