To ‘manage’ your parents, hospitals and doctors gave her midazolam that really did sedate her as it also caused dehydration and malnourichment…she often died of the latter. If the lack of antibiotics, the isolation, the Remdesivir or the ventilator did not eventually kill her.
It is well known that if you gave a drug that suppresses respiration as midazolam does effectively, and when the patient already has respiratory challenges, then you are sure to suppress the breathing more, and kill them. We did exactly that to our precious elderly with midazolam and diamorphine.
