Nuremberg Code used for Nuremberg 1.0 arising out of the horrific experiments and brutality of the Germans; note 7/8 doctors swung from ropes then! Nuremberg 2.0 is needed now with legal inquiries

Facts matter. The resulting code was a wonderful thing, but Nuremberg 1.0 was a sham… a show trial. Only a very very tiny fraction of those culpable were prosecuted, i.e., 7/8 doctors swung from the ropes is completely misleading.
As soon as the war was over, in fact even before, every one of the Allied governments, including those of France, Russia, the UK, and certainly the United States was willing to look the other way on culpability in the most heinous crimes committed by Nazi doctors and scientists, if they thought they had something to offer.

I write these things not to criticize, but to help inform. If people keep clamoring for Nuremburg 2.0 without understanding what really happened the first time around, we will get the same result. Atb.
